Head Chef – Piotr Tuźnik
Piotr began his professional career at the Chopin Hotel.
For years, he has been continuously involved in the catering at the Galaxy Hotel – as a senior chef, shift manager,
and finally as head chef at the Andromeda Alfa Restaurant.
During his career, he has participated in many culinary competitions,
such as Noble Night, Arte Culinaria and L’art le Cuisine Martell.
As head chef, he led his team in nationwide culinary projects
such as Restaurant Week and Fine Dining Week.
In the latter, he won among restaurants in Krakow
and took 3rd place among all restaurants in Poland.
Piotr specialises in Polish and European cuisine, fine dining and confectionery.
His motto is ‘you are only as good a chef as your last dish’.
Cuisine
The menu of Andromeda restaurant is mainly inspired by the availability of local and seasonal products. That is why the menu features both fish: salmon and perch, and poultry: duck, as well as excellent meats: veal, lamb and, of course, beef.
Location
The restaurant is located on the border of the Kazimierz and Grzegórzki districts, which are among the main meeting places for good cuisine. An atmospheric room and subtle decor allow you to freely savour the taste of each dish.
