Tomasz Dziura

My culinary journey began during internship at the Francuski Hotel, where I trained under the watchful eyes of Andrzej Paździera and Franciszek Trzyszczyk. Then I had the opportunity to work at the Chimera Restaurant. Next, I was employed at the Copernicus Hotel for ten years and I was promoted to the position of sous–chef after five years.

In my professional career I have had the privilege to work with the best: Rafał Targosz, Marcin Filipkiewicz and Marek Widomski. While pursuing my career, I have participated in many culinary competitions and came in top places. I have also had the honour to prepare and serve meals to Pope John Paul II, His Royal Highness Charles, Prince of Wales and U.S. President George W. Bush.
