Andromeda Alfa Restaurant cooking class is an original idea for lunch or evening meeting for organized groups.
Meeting begins with aperitif and small snacks treat.
Then the Chef introduces the group to the secrets of preparing pierogi with cheese and potatoes, cooking them together with the participants.
Everything is based on regional products and traditional recipes.
The lesson ends with a tasting of prepared dishes at the table.
