Polish cuisine is known all over the world, and its regional diversity is the result of centuries of change and influence of other nations. Most have probably heard of pierogi, bigos or schabowy (our version of the Wiener Schnitzel), but Polish cuisine is much richer than that, both in terms of the dishes and the quality and uniqueness of their ingredients. Our Polish menu includes selected Polish dishes that cannot be found in every restaurant. They have been prepared from regional products, most of which are entered in the Register of Protected Geographical Indications.
